Logo Design Brief

We would like to re-brand our logo so we are open to new ideas. We currently have a design that incorporates a blue wave, but since the owner is trying to look less cartoonish, we'd like something more professional. We are an architectural and engineering firm. Because we do not want our current logo to influence the new one, I will not be uploading a copy of it. Our colors are blue and green and I think he'd like to stay with that.
