Logo Design Brief

We host a workshop every year in Las Vegas, it's called Sin City Sinus. This is a course for ENT Doctors that specialize in Sinus Surgery. That would be the nose and sinuses. I am attaching the logo that was done for the parent company, Sin City Laryngology. We love this logo and something that coincided with this would be great. The workshop is in Las Vegas, so something that had to do with Las Vegas would be great. We would like the logos to be similar. similar/identical font from Sin City Laryngology logo. I have also attached a picture of a person's sinuses.

Definitely something that represents gambling/Las Vegas ( roulette wheel, cards or slot machine or poker chips) Maybe A slot machine with the three items displayed (the nose, three in row left side view, straight on and right side view)
