I would like to work on your project but you really have not included any information. Yes you have told me what you want on there but left out a lot of info for us designers.

1. For prices we need to now which one you want listed since there are many prices listed.

2. Do you want us to make a universal flyer for you to use for all of your trips that you can just change out the info for real quick or do you just want a different flyer for each one...

3. What trip are you wanting us to focus on or do you want us to focus on all of them (This will also help us put a date on the flyer)

4. What size do you want the flyer to be

5. Do you have a tag line you want us to use or do you just want us to be creative.

I'm going to make a rough draft flyer design for you and we can go from there but as you can see there is a lot that i am not sure about.

At this moment I'm focusing on Ukraine trip. The land-only price $1200
I'm planning to put the flyer on the bulletin boards in colleges, cafes, restaurants in the city. So it needs to be a standard vertical flyer.

Sorry what exactly you mean by a tag line? A title?
Basically on the page, there should be : Title ( Tag line?) , duration (9 days), highlights, price ($1200) , included:
9 nights accommodations
Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily
English speaking tour guides and transportation at every destination.
Tour leader from USA at all times during the trip.
All Group Transfers (trains, buses and vans), sightseeing tours and entrance fees
