Signage Design Brief

Look to develop a real estate sign that would be place in the front yard or window of our clients. It will need to be able to be read from the road so the letter will need to be larger. The sign dimension will be 24" wide x 18" tell or 36" Wide x 24" Tall. We would like to use our house logo as the back part on the sign but we would like to see other creative options also. Our company name is Simpli Real Estate and our web address is Simplirealestate.com. A spot for our phone number will also be required in the (XXX)-XXX-XXXX format. Please utilize our logo for the aesthetic feel of the sign.

Please include our company tagline. "Where Real Estate and Real Easy Move You"

This needs to be very eye catching and appealing to buyers. We want out Blue and Orange house to be very noticeable.
