Logo Design Brief

I'd like a logo for my personal brand, I work as a real estate agent and i renovate houses as well. I make a lot of videos explaining how to buy sell and renovate property and I'm wanting a personal brand that feels a little trendy and fresh cool and stylish without looking to pratentious. I have included some logos I like the look of below but Im open to creative suggestion.
I would Like my Name to be the main focus and the tag line (Understanding buying & selling real estate)
also if you can work my signature into the logo i think that could look cool
