T-shirt Design Brief

We have an existing logo for our hockey club (see attached eps file).
We would like to incorporate this logo into a very large (24" Wide x 30" Tall), black and white image that we would use for our long sleeve shirts (hoodies).

Use only the top 60% of the Ice Crusher Logo.

This design should include an ombre style (fade to black) with some extra shading highlights on the top of the image. The image should have a slight tilt to it.

Do not include the skull in the design.
