Logo Design Brief

I need to have a very simple logo created for a new business. The logo itself will actually just be all text, but a very specific look of text. So you don't actually have to create any artwork.
It will be similar to this:
Eldrick.
Upholstery + Interiors
We are looking for a vintage color scheme. I have attached 2 color scheme examples.
The text needed for Eldrick. will be a very classic vintage text, I have attached several examples.
The text needed for the sub text (Upholstery + Interiors) will be very clean simple and modern, I will attach photo examples.
I would also like a period put at the end of Eldrick. (which we may remove in alterations).
