Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a start-up company currently based in Australia. This company will be an Internet platform called "Elles aussie". It is a francophone women business network. The objective is to connect professional women who look for advices on their own career, or look for francophone Business partners, or look for new job opportunities in their country or overseas. In the mid-term, the company will also propose mentoring and coaching services. I have not selected any specific colors. Despite it is for women, I do not want a "too girly" logo. The final design should communicate "professionalism and seriousness", "sisterhood", "network in a safe feminine environment.

• Colors: greys, glossy brown, and pinks (no blue or red).
• Unusual font
• I like the idea of a pictogram representing several women (not just one as it is a women network).

Should not have

• be too girly
• a common font
