Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new animal hospital in Los Angeles called 'Larchmont Village Vet'. We are a modern dog and cat hospital for the surrounding families of the area. The hospital building is craftsman style bungalow with modern interior design (see picture below). We'd like to see designs using the colors teal, grey and white with an accent of yellow (see colors below). We would like the final design to look modern, professional and animal related.
