Photoshop Design Brief

We are looking for a photoshop expert to take the unfurnished images we provide to you and place furniture, home decor, and any other artwork you feel would make the images most presentable. Final images will be used to find female traveling nurse tenants for the two units. We have to get these homes rented out before we can actually get the furniture in there, thus the furniture photoshopped in the images must look real. 11 images total.

Requirements

Must have

• Minimum requirements:
• -These homes are going to be rented to women so we would like one of the themes to be a calming beach vibe and the other to be a relaxing zen setting.
• -The furniture/ art should not look like it is photoshopped in the images (obviously).
• -Feel free to add any kind of wall art, cliche word art, nice looking furniture, paintings, etc in any/ all of the rooms that you feel fits the themes.
• -Queen size beds in the two bedrooms with wall art/decorations.

Nice to have

• Please keep the design simple, calming, and fun.

Should not have

• Any furniture that looks like it has been photoshopped in.
• Too many different or overpowering colors.
