Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in France called Gourmet Escapes. We provide food & wine vacation in France; from 1/2 day tours up to 8 days. Groups are accompanied by a chef and a wine specialist. Small groups, very exclusive.We would like to see designs that are monochrome, very elegant. It could be a logo with just the name being framed, with a classy tipography, or including a pictogram and the name of the company.
