Graphic Design Brief

I need a few poster designs to display in a small salon, the services I wish to promote are Botox and Dermal Filler. I am looking for something visually simple including a high quality picture, I have given an idea as to the type of image by attaching a few.

Text wise I would like to have some sort of prominent titling, something along the lines of "Botox & Dermal Filler" and some text to say that it is available or is carried out at this salon. I am open two suggestions as to the text content but want it to be simple and to the point.

Please avoid anything pink, flowery or vivid colours. I am looking to keep it professional as it is a service at the upper end of cost for salons.

Please do not include any needles in the picture.

Impact is one of the key things I am looking for, something that strongly draws the eye.
