Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a solo practice venture called Fulcrum Family Health. This is a new solo primary care practice in Southern Maine that provides efficient, unlimited access to a physician utilizing shared technology, wholesale medication and lab testing. We will aim to meet our patients needs even if that means we travel to them for home visits. We will offer additional obesity medicine treatment with an emphasis on whole nutrition and lifestyle modification. We chose the name Fulcrum with reference to the role of nutrition in health, Osteopathy (manual medicine) and need for life balance for both for the patient and physician. We are looking for a simple design that incorporates the color green and conveys simplicity, balance and a back to basics vibe. Thank you in advance!
