Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Philadelphia. It's for a Women owned Engineering/Consulting company that specializes in the Energy Market - assisting our clients operate more efficiently and reduce energy cost. We also service the Developer that are creating projects identifying the opportunities and developing the business cases for the technology, which includes renewables and micro-grids. I would like a design that incorporates a deep purple, see attached picture file. Nothing too elaborate looking for a clean design. Logo will be used on business cards, letter head, email signature, website, etc. Adjective to describe my firm is; Honest, Quality, Consistent/Reliable, Innovative, Adaptive, Personal Service, Strong but Feminine.
