Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a company called AS Beauty based out of New York City. AS Beauty is a parent company that recently acquired three prestige beauty brands that play in the color cosmetics and skincare categories. AS Beauty is the parent company only so the logo will be utilized on business cards, staionary, website, etc but will not be needed for actual product. The design should be modern and not too corporate. We are a beauty company so it should be pretty, sleek and a little fun. Colors are fine but would like to keep to two for printing purposes.
