We are a Southwest US, Arizona based company trying to drive home that cowboy , cattle branding kind of appeal ! We are a USDA licensed distributor of premium meat locally sourced from ranchers within our community and surrounding states . We hand cut to order and then blast freeze our products immediately from the butcher table from our master cutters . This gives us a unique advantage over our competitors locking in premium jucies and live enzymes critical for nutrition to our end user when consuming our A plus quality meats.
