Brochure Design Brief

We need an updated and refreshed brochure design for our Residential Treatment Facilities. These facilities provide residential comprehensive treatment for those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction along with those who are dually diagnosed with mental health issues as well. We are starting with this brochure but plan to have our other brochures "match" the design and will submit that following completion of this design. I have attached a "Brochure Areas" document that is numbered and corresponds to the brochure areas of our current brochure. We have modified the wording in each of these areas so the wording in the attached word document is what needs to go on the design (not the words in the attached pictures of our current brochure). We want something that is a professional design look. The front page of the brochure needs to have our main agency Logo/Name: Cedar Ridge Behavioral Health Solutions (logo attached). The back page we would like to have the two locations listed with the address (possible map if able). The first is called: The Landing at Cedar Ridge - located at 5559 Raiders Road, Frazeysburg OH 43822. The Second Facility is called: The Schultz at Cedar Ridge - located at 441 Putnam Ave, Zanesville OH 43701. I have also attached some pictures of our facilities that can be used. They all don't have to be used and we would still like some stock photos of "people" or group counseling, etc.
