Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a an improved logo with a Graphic element than can translate through from the top hotel brand down through into individual hotel venues that each have their own unique identity. Best example is Soho house and their simple 9 square box that sits under the House names. R.A.R.E is an acronym for REGENERATIVE, AUTONOMOUS, RESORT, ENVIRONMENT although people will say RARE Hotels. See uploaded slides for concept vision although it looks much more scientific/corporate currently and not very cool.
