Logo Design Brief

Looking for a catchy logo for a real estate website and mobile application. Need horizontal logo (text and an unique icon or mark) that communicates properties, searching, fast, speed, mobile. Nothing cliche or just off the shelf clipart like a house. Think of Zillow. They have an unique mark and text. They can use the mark alone on an APP or social media without Zillow and it works. For us we have INSTA + LISTINGS or INSTAlistings. Experiment on how to use the two words together. We need some separation between INSTA and LISTINGS in font and/or weight.We also need a unique color pallete. RedFin = Red, Zillow is Blue etc. Logo needs to work on white backgrounds and a reverse color for dark backgrounds or motion video

Requirements

Must have

• Horizontal version plus a square version to be used on social media and mobile app icon. It needs to have the text and an unique mark. Nothing clipart. The mark or icon needs to be able to stand on its own without the text and be unique.

Nice to have

• I want to enjoy the lockup and feel the the icon is unique. Again thinking of
• a house + mobile + communication + speed + search.
• Something that communicates fast and sleek.

Should not have

• No stock icons or whacky colors. Think simple pallette.
