Logo Design Brief

This is a real estate logo for our team. Want to have the letters O and M in it. Currently considering something with a circle, but open to all designs.
Do not really want a house in the design, but if it is outstanding it will be considered.

We would like to have blue (#22316C) and complimentary orange as a highlight color (if needed), Our team is built around community, connection, and education if that helps in the design at all.

Need it to be able to stack above or next to the attached file to use on websites. Thank you.
