Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for my blog, Corporate Ibex. I am using Ibex in the name of my blog as the Alpine Ibex is one of the best mountain climbers in the animal kingdom. I wanted the animal and their ability to climb to represent achievement in the corporate world. The blog will be articles, posts, essays, and charts that millennial and young business leaders will use as a resource. Some images of an Ibex are attached, these are not licensed images. I am looking for a minimalist design of the logo. I am open to designs with and without text.
