Podcast Design Brief

I need a logo and a podcast cover design for a podcast where one connects with high-performing, Type A’s personalities that realized that life is too short to be stressed out, so they decided to make inspiring life shifts to seek more joy and inner peace through methods of slowing down and being productive in other, less intense and toxic ways. Think self-care, slowing down and healing is prioritized along with entrepreneurship, corporate and/or parent-life for over-worked women (and men). The design should communicate productivity along with inner peace (less stress).
