Swag Elephant - logo design for cool, new bulk promotional apparel/products

So I'm not sure if I didn't communicate it well enough, but I'm pretty set on the elephant's trunk being the S in SWAG. I'd say about 85% of the design submissions did not have this. I included a page of photos with the brief as reference to show how I see the shape of the trunk being the S. (You'll notice if you look at those, they all have the trunk pointing up. This is actually pretty important, although there's one design that sort of did it in a different way that might work too.)
For those that did use the elephant and trunk as the S, if when you look at your design and you see WAG, but not SWAG, then the weight of the trunk is not enough or the shape is not quite S enough. Even though it is an elephant's trunk, I want it to blend well with the word SWAG so that I'm not distracted by the WAG or the trunk itself. I'd like it to look cohesive and natural together, if that makes sense.
Designs with just the trunk and no elephant (or at least a head) aren't of interest to me either. It's sort of weird to just have a trunk all by itself.
Many also made a very rectangular/wide logo. I think I'm looking for something more square (or even rounded maybe?) but a long length logo (left to right) will be too much for most of the applications I need and will use it for, even if some of them do look nice.
This is my first time doing something like this, so I apologize if I was unclear and really appreciate everyone's ideas. I hope I've done the right things in the feedback so that some of you will rework what you submitted.
If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you.
