Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our gymnastics gym. The gym is located in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. We teach artistic gymnastics, primarily to young women, although we do have recreational classes for younger boys.The gym's colors are red, black, and white. The two most recent logos are attached. The older of the two was created in the 80s (on the attached letterhead), the newer of the two is a few years old (right corner of attached flyer) but we have never really liked it. One of the current ideas floating around is to use a different color for the "hi"; at the end of Kokokahi to emphasize that we are located in Hawaii. This is not a requirement, just sharing a thought. We are interested in a logo with a Hawaii, Oahu or island flair, if possible. Again, not a requirement but would be a plus.Thank you.
