Logo Design Brief

I'm developing a Software as a Service solution which facilitate the property rental industry. The name of the of the app is Chilla (as in Chinchilla). The theme is light and bright with primary colors, Green: #02B875 and Blue: #4582EC (this doesn't mean you have to stick to these, you can choose other colors that are complementary). I like modern and geometrical. I added a logo I thought was cool. you can be creative, if you think something different is more suited, feel free to propose. Chinchillas are fluffy and cute, real-estate is not, therefor, it may be playful but not too childish. The name Chilla represents easy, as in, I can chill about my investment property, I have a handle on this and a clear view on how it's performing.
