Introducing My911.com.
My911.com is a virtual urgent care (a private 911) system with the ability to dispatch an ambulance to any location in the USA. By taking all calls for any reason at any time and never telling the caller to hang up and dial 911, we meet the needs of corporations and medical facilities. While the ambulance dispatching is a US value-added service we are a global company upgrading our name.
We have been doing this since 2014 under the brand and website "MedCallPro or www. MedCallPro.com.
Here is what sets us apart.
1. Don't tell patients to hang up and dial the public 911 system
2. We don't call patients back, it's a live human answered phone call that can connect the caller with a board-certified medical doctor. Most events are resolved under 15 min
3. We solve over 85% of all calls on the first call. Leaving radiology and prescription drugs and the number 1 & 2 reasons we cannot solve the problem on the first call.
4. If the caller really is life-threatening we have the safety net and legal authority to dispatch an ambulance across the USA.
5. Most of our competitors are call back or appointment services will only take NON-emergent medical calls forcing the employee to see a brick and mortar solution when they cannot see a doctor face to face.
6. And they will only take calls that are for employees who have "healthcare" coverage. But not for any type of work-related (workers comp) or a visitor that experiences a slip, trip or fall medical event.
