Logo Design Brief
I am a full-service investment broker for residential real estate. However, I am not like the rest. I am young, innovative, creative, untraditional, and modern. Real estate branding is boring! Let's get a little creative. Here is what I am thinking.Company name: RentavationsThe name says what I do. I create rental properties by renovating houses. The name carries with it quality and expertise.Logo:Everyone relates to a cute scene of a house being lifted from the ground. It also represents how real estate investments tend to lift the financial burden on an investor and their family. I tend to prefer sketch type art without exact lines. Basic Text Logo:I would also like a basic text logo that can include elements of the full logo. The text would need to be sans serif and have at least one of the characters visually modified (See examples: Mozilla and Modern Flipbooks)Other visual elements:I am from Texas, so anything Texas related such as a flag, cactus, tumbleweed, etc is just fine.Colors Suggestions:(Shown in pictures)Primary #5D8CD9Light Gray #DFE3EADark Gray #27292bIf you need other colors, a good place to start is by searching "Yas Marina Blue"I am also open to pinks, browns, and graysHave fun and don't you dare do a traditional real estate logo.
