Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a Student Society based in Birmingham, UK. The name of the society is Birmingham Emirati Society and therefore shortened for "BES"The design should have the acronym stated above and preferably resemble or be a sort of a pictorial monogram inspired from the UAE Falcon logo attached. Though the falcon is a bit soft/curvy on the edges of its shoulder, I think a sharper version would be better
