Icon Design Brief

I need a favicon for my company coplam (see www.coplam.de). Who are looking for help in the area of people leadership and management. On my homepage I use the color blue (color code: RGB: 355ca0). If you are thinking that other colurs are more appropriate I am open for your suggestions.
