Web Design Brief
The existing website has been up since 2013. The content is still good (text) but we need a new logo and a complete overhaul of all of the graphics. We just completed our new testing lab for verifying all new products for review. We would like the website to look very science and medical based. We will also be selling all of the products we review to sponsor our website. We have our own full stack developers, but we simply don't have the available personnel to get this project started. For reference we really like some of the animated and interactive text options available on the webflow.com CMS, but we need to have the integration of the Shopify platform, as it works well with our other sites. So the final website must be in Shopify.Serrapeptase.org is part of a larger company Enzyme Research Organization, so we like that reflected in the website somehow. Some necessary features we would like would be a message board and seamless integration with social media IG, Facebook, ect... This way people can leave comments or login via Facebook to place orders. The website needs to look great on both desktop and mobile.Please use www.serrapeptase.org for all of your content. The winning designer will also have the option to overhaul our Facebook page.Please design this site using the limitations of Shopify, and the Liquid template system they require.
Updates
Serrapeptase.org was last updated in 2016. Please don't use old artwork, we used in 2016. Look for new artwork on the web. I have received entries using our old artwork, some of the products on our old website have new labels. For instance the featured 2016 best of product Serretia has a new label. Since this website is a review website, try to funnel users to read our reviews for different catogories, best price, highest strength, ect. No buy now on the home page. Since we are now selling the products we review on the website, we will no longer have a where to buy.
Please look for new stock photography and or video on serrapeptase, visitors to our new website need to feel like the website is new not a recycled version of the old website.
Please create a simple yet new logo for (SRO) Serrapeptase Research Organization. Please be sure to include lots of areas for social media interaction. Most importantly get people to join our mailing lists above all else, so we can send them updates.
