Logo Design Brief

Looking to create a logo, which is a combination of two things, an English MBE/OBE medal and the (orthopaedic) HammerItOut campaign logo in the centre.
Ideally it will be in black and white and be a very clean, much like the (very rough) sample included below.
This may be *also* turned into a temporary tattoo as a branding/promotional exercise.
