Web Design Brief

We need a single-page website designed based on this wireframe - https://pp1dk.draftium.site. This site is for a marketing agency who focuses on providing targeted marketing strategies to small and medium-sized businesses. Feel free to change the layout of the sections of the wireframe. However, the order of the sections and the content of the sections must remain the same. For the hero area just below the header, I want a single royalty-free background image that includes happy people that may be engaged in marketing. All of the icons used in the wireframe are just example ideas, you do not need to use those icons.
