I have designed apps before but haven't actually built them. Is there a specific program you/your app builder prefers?
Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign etc.

It's so sad that you paid this kind amouth of money for a work not so much valued (I'm sorry to say that to the winner, but this style it's kinda old and the app will die before birth..)
It's sad that you have money to spend for a designer but not for an artistic director with a bit of taste.
