It is clear that transformation in the area of performance is not simply a matter of teaching or introducing a new formula, recipe or technique. It’s not about communicating or retaining more information.
It is a fundamental shift in the way we relate to ourselves and who we are being.
Sunburst Coaching measures 16 primary aspects of an individual including Authenticity, Responsibility, Integrity, Courage, Empowerment amongst others, as well as additional performance-related qualities such as Assertiveness, Confidence, Resilience and etc.
