Logo Design Brief

I need a Logo design that I can use consistently for the business I just set up. It's called "Change Outcomes". I will provide consulting and support services related to Change Management. My brand is about helping business leaders and transformation sponsors focus on and planfully manage the human impacts from their projects or "Change" initiatives so that they can optimize the "outcomes" they will achieve. <br/>My approach will be highly consultative so as to design the game plan for each client to their needs and where they are in the process. It may be a simple assessment and set of recommendations, or a strategy, or a full fledged change enablement plan covering multiple impacted stakeholders as well as oversight of the execution of that plan - covering communications, training, and all / various forms of engagement. All based on what makes sense for that client, their project, their environment, etc. <br/><br/>The logo design should communicate "Change" or symbols related to change in some way - also the human/ people aspect would be good to depict. No specific color in mind.. but perhaps not Yellow (previous employer color)
