Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an event in Russia (it is a Ski Marathon, like Engadin in Switzerland or Marcialonga in Italy, see the ref.). <br/>The name TSAR refers to the English analogue for 'king', i.e. we need something connected with royalty and and winter and ski theme. <br/>We want to see something connected with the crown - it can be built out of ski parts (only SKI, no SKI STICKS required) or can be connected with ski/snow/winter theme with some winter storm etc. The ski have to be built in the logo and show the connection of the marathon to the royal theme. <br/>We would like to see designs in a more minimalistic clue (see the crown attached), in blue, cold winter colors. We can also consider other variants.<br/>The final design should communicate the high level of the event, however, should refer to the democratic nature of ski sport marathons.
