Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new catering company doing large slow cooked smoked BBQ. I have a custom made catering trailer with an offset smoker and a South American style wind up asado grill. Very rustic and simple food done well. I'm a chef of 17 years and am studying to be a draftsman so love design as well, since a designed and built the trailer myself.

The files uploaded below are just images I like. I don’t expect the logo to incorporate all of the ideas in 1 logo they are just images I like to help get inspiration from.

  Smokey looks as opposed to fiery looks

• No pictures of meats/ pigs
  NO FIRE SYMBOLS, LOGS/FIREWOOD CROSSED OVER
  No grills/BBQs symbols
