Flyer Design Brief

We want a design a one-sided 8.5x11 FLYER (3 colors) and in PORTRAIT that we can fold ourselves and stuff into a 9-1/2" x 4-1/8" envelope. We want to have a modifiable text box in selected areas of the brochure (with matching font) that we can insert more specialized text/content on an as-needed basis. We would like the delivery of a template we can print from a pdf or Google Docs. The smallest margins possible are appreciated. We do not expect full bleed artwork. If a custom font is used, we want that to be delivered as well so that we can install it on a Windows 10 machine.

The goal of the message is that we are advising the recipient of this flyer that fiber-optic internet service is available at their home or business.

We want possibly some catchy graphics on the brochure. We do not want this to look like 'junk mail'. This needs to be very professional and clean and catchy but not to lose the authenticity of our small, locally-owned business. We are a small fiber optic ISP, competing with the 'big boys' such as Comcast, Charter and AT&T. We offer the fastest speeds available in these areas that we are investing in. Our plan is to send these to all addresses along a construction route either before or during the construction phase. You can look at our web site at www.vbfiber.com. PLEASE NOTE: I ATTACHED HI-RES LOGO GRAPHICS IN THE ZIP FILE. HOWEVER (AND DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE ENVELOPE CURRENTLY HAS IT ON IT) WE ARE MOVING AWAY FROM THE "To your home" wording along with removing the green house outline. I attached another png that shows what I'm talking about. The hi-res EPS file should help to allow you to eliminate the unneeded portion of the logo.

As a follow up, we will most likely hire the same designer to do an 3-color envelope design as well that will fit the brochures.

When it comes time for that project, we will be using envelopes that we already had printed with two colors (blue and black). I have attached a photo of the envelope that I took with my phone. Unfortunately, I do not have a design file for this. But, just know that we'll be printing this design on these same envelopes that already have this on it!
