Logo Design Brief

We have an existing company, Octagon Lifts on the west coast of Australia (Perth). This is a long established and successful business. We have just purchased the assets in liquidation of a lift business on the east coast (Sydney NSW, Australia) and plan on establishing a similar business under the name of Platform Lift Company. The business in Sydney did operate for some years as the "Platform Lift Co".

We would like to be able to make use of all the design materials used by Octagon Lifts if possible. Therefore we are looking for a logo design and name that would fit into the same size footprint and layout if possible as the Octagon designs supplied below.

We like the existing style of the Octagon logo. So would like something that may be inspired by this, but is different in style and colour.

Note that our core business is
New Lift Installation
Lift upgrades & modernisation
Lift maintenance, service & repair

For Platform Lift Company this will be changed to
New Lift Installation
Platform & equal access lifts
Lift maintenance, service & repair
