I create a coaching company (alone for now) dedicated to supporting change in business, focused on the development of emotional and relational intelligence.

My main activity will be the individual coaching of leaders, managers and their teams, which can be supplemented by training, advice, conferences and workshops / seminars on specific subjects.
My main activity is individual coaching of leaders, CxOs and managers, and collective coaching of their operational teams. It can also be consulting, training, specific seminars.

Example of specific subjects: management, leadership, communication, power plays, creativity and adaptability, coaching, emotional intelligence at work, multiple intelligences, active listening etc ...
Here are examples of themes: management, leadership, collective intelligence, communication, creativity and adaptability, emotional intelligence at work, active listening, multiple intelligences, posture coaching, etc.

Coaching can take unusual experiential forms including art, dance, horse-assisted work, inter-company exchanges, or immersion in contexts that disrupt the usual working environment of my clients.
The coaching will sometimes take experiential special forms like art, dance, work with horses, inter-company exchanges, immersion in disruptive contexts to change the usual work context of my customer. I want it to be an unique and creative solution for each customer.

My clients experience transitions that shake up their benchmark that generates stress, changes in their habits, relationships and sometimes pushes them under difficult conditions to question a lot of things to adapt.
(a new team, a new project, a change in working methods and organization, a change in strategy, an economic crisis, a peak in activity, etc.)
My customers live transitions shaking their daily landmarks. Their stressed, worried about their image, place in the company, their habits will change and they worry about the meaning and the risk for them of what will change for them. It can be caused by, an organizational, a strategy or a team change, an economic crises, a new job position or anything.


My goal is to awaken creativity, to reconnect the workshop actors to resources that they do not use or that they use differently than usual so that they find pleasure and curiosity in their approach. change even though it can be destabilizing. I take them out of their comfort zone to reconnect to what is essential for them, which they like and allows them to become aware of what they really need to feel good and help them respond to it to maintain the best conditions. they need to adapt.
My goal is to awake creativity, and resources they don't usually use, or not like this. To help the discover new ones and how they can work together match all the team resources to reach their goals. I make them leave their confort zone to reconnect to what is essential for them, what they need and make them feel good. In those conditions they can be creative, adapt to change and reach their goal by finding new solutions and possibilities.

In the future, I plan to open this support to individuals.
In the futur, I'll open that proposal to private market.

    fun .. creativity, joy, pleasure, feeling alive by letting in emotion and turning it to your advantage to realize your dreams. As a result get people of your team follow you by just being the joyful and happiest version of yourself.

    The story that inspired this name:

    I chose the story of the little prince and his meeting with the lamplighter on his tiny planet to illustrate my vision and the values I carry.
    I chose the little prince story of saint-exupery and his relation with the lighter from his little planet to illustrate my approach of coaching and change management.
    The characters:
    The little prince embodies the child, raw emotions, pleasure, wonder, innocence, love of beauty, authenticity, very rooted in the present.
    The little prince represent the child (inner child), the pure emotions, pleasure, wonderment, innocence, love of beauty, authenticity, really in present time.
    The street light igniter embodies the adult who reasons, rationalizes and calculates the ins and outs before acting, seeks meaning, learns from his past and projects himself into the future.
    The lighter represent the adult using his mind, rationalization, thinking, calculating before action, his quest of meaning. He learn from his past, project things in the future.
    Summary, context in the book: (summary, context in the whole story of the little prince)
    To remind the little prince travel from planet to planet and meet in each of them before arriving on the earth of an adult who reigns on his planet with a principle, a strong value which results in decisions and a fairly caricatured behavior. Each adult encountered on these planets embodies a vice of humanity and its paradox. He met an avaricious adult, another arrogant authoritarian etc ... At each planet visit we look at the world or the situation through the eyes of this adult, and the eyes of the child for whom these choices are absurd and do not respond to no logic of the heart and the beautiful.
    Just to remind you, the little prince travel from one planet to another before comming to earth. In each planet, he meet an adult incarnating a value and a sin of humanity like a stingy one, a proud dictator etc… In each planet we see the situation through the eyes of the child feeling that the choices of the adult defies any heart logic or beauty logic. Versus the adult character logic serving is own interests and a purpose the little prince doesn't understand.
    The planet of the street light igniter, some details: (the planet of the lighter)
    It is a very small planet which we can go around in 1min while walking, on which resides a street lamp igniter whose role is to light the street lamp at night, and turn it off when the day comes. The days are so short that he spends his time switching on, switching off, switching on and off his street lamp. It continues because it is its mission, it is what is expected of it are the rules. The planet has not always been so small, the environment has changed but it has not adapted and experiences increasing discomfort, fatigue and weariness, however it will continue as long as it takes.
    It's a very little planet where the day lasts 1 min where the adult living is alone. His mission is to light the lighter when the night comes and switch it off when the day comes. So he keep lighting on and off every minute. He keep doing it because it's the rules, what he've been told to do. He is tired, he can see that now the planet became smaller it's harder but he won't stop.
    The look of the puzzled little prince questions the meaning of this mission. Draw our gaze to the beauty of the mission, the chance to see so many sunrises and sunsets, the nobility of being at the service of others in this mission, and offer him a solution so as not to be tired anymore which he doesn’t would not have thought to avoid getting tired. This to walk to stay in the sun as long as it wants, to make the day last.
    The eye of the little prince, come to question the meaning of it and catch our attention about how beautiful it is to see so many sunsets. He proposed a solution not to be tired anymore and feels good around him because he's the only one having a purpose at the service of others than himself.
    What does this have to do with Lumios? (link with lumios)
    The intention of Lumios is to awaken, when you need it and are blindly shut up in an established order that is no longer suitable, your creative, spontaneous and inquisitive child's gaze which asks questions to illuminate the path of possibilities and to reconnect to his pleasure.
    It means leaving room for your child's gaze, so as not to lose sight of the essentials, to listen to your emotions and desires, to adapt and project yourself into the future in better conditions.
    The intention of Lumios is to wake people up when there locked up in an established order not adapted anymore to their needs, that they can't see by themselves. I awake creativity, pleasure, stontaneity to reconnect to they essential desires, see other possibilities and find new ways to reach their goals in the best conditions.

    Lumios for me is both:
    - the flame which comes to light the lamp. The one of the wearer. The personal investment, the emotion, the sense, the desire and the energy that we put into our mission (our work). His personal resources which will allow to light the lamp, and produce something.
    - It is the lamppost that lights up this flame what surrounds it, its interaction with others, how it is received, perceived, its intention.
    - It is the role of coaching, to shed light on what we do not see, which we are not aware of in order to otherwise discover our possibilities and develop our resources.
    Lumios to me is:
    - The personal flame you use to light the lighter. The emotion, intention, desire and resource you put in it to make it shine.
    - The lighter that shine around you, have it's received by others, it's aura
    - It's the way of coaching that makes light where we can't see, to develop our resources and possibilities.
Nice to have
