Graphic Design Brief

Need an artwork to go onto the back of a jumper.
Needs to incorporate a black and white skull, with vibrant/fluro colour cobra snake going through and around it.
The colours can be vice versa, as in the skull colourful and the snake black and white or with minimal colour.

We would like the skull image to incorporate aspects from the attached images, especially the first image with the triangle around the skull.
We want the backround behind that skull and snake to be vibrant/fluro and incorporate the style of the last photo.
Open to ideas on iterations, with additional minor details (flowers, water etc) also possible if you think it will add Aesthetics.

Need the image to pop when it catches peoples eyes

We'd need a Illustrator file of the final artwork and scalable to any size.
