Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new luxury multi-family apartment community called "The Junction at Valley Ranch". This is a luxury apartment community with lots of resort-style amenities and designer features.

This is a garden-style product that will Have it All, and WIth You in Mind as some of the possible taglines.

An example of our existing apartment community is attached. Ideally, we would want a logo mark and text. Something that can be stacked and horizontal. We like to have various color options -- something elegant and timeless - not too bold.
The theme of the junction is very natural - look like a dark teal color with perhaps a beige and maybe gray color.
