Logo Design Brief

Looking for a company logo to use on vehicles, apparel and business cards. We are a custom cabinet shop who builds custom kitchens, bath cabinets, closets and built-ins. The company name is Southland Cabinets and I would like a tagline underneath the company name that reads " Custom Kitchens, Baths, Closets and Built-ins" I like the styling of the attached logos. The example that has 6 logos I like the bottom right one out of those.
