Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my real estate team. I am open to using The Stone Team or The Stone Group. I included my current logo in the brief however my challenge is it is way to hard to read and does not translate well on smaller media. The team logo will need to be accompanied by my brokerage logo for most advertising. An option with and without the "exp" brokerage name would be great. I have attached the brokerage logo eXp Realty.
