I established the business to provide busy new yorkers who dont' think they have time for self-care or self-compassion, psychotherapy based in mindfulness principles.
Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

My psychology private practice is located in downtown Manhatten, Chelsea neighborhood, and my clients are busy New Yorkers.
They are corporate executives, tech industry Millenials, and family-oriented professionals. My practice helps treat chronic stress, complex trauma, generalized anxiety, codependency, and other life challenges.

I have a website almost ready to go live and the palette colors are...
dark blue(#30415D)
orange/brown (#CF6766)
grey/blue (#8EAEBD).

My website pictures are a collection of unique photos including:
-aerial shots of the NYC skyline at sunset
-neon signs that spell out words like happy, breathe, you're doing great
-kitschy wood blocks with letters that spell out trauma, anxiety codependence

My brand is sophisticated, spiritual, and cool! My clients don't think they have time for therapy but I show them to be kind to themselves

The final product should communicate the energy of NYC's, focused awareness, and modern psychotherapy. Please use color, unique fonts, and no cliches, please. I'm very excited and I thank you in advance for helping my dream materialize into reality!

• No head shapes!!! No random symbols that don't relate to the brand or overused cliches. Do not edit my tagline. Please and thank you.
