Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our business based in New Zealand called 'The Sail Serviced Apartment' or 'The Sail Hotel'.
We are a property management company to provide short accommodation, our guests are from worldwide and they able to book us on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Ctrip etc and our own website, even can see us on facebook as well. We currently manage serviced apartment, but we are growing up to become a hotel brand in the future.
We would like some design with gold on a navy or Marble colour ( white or black) to show the international brand.
