Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new Staffing company specializing in placing/recruiting engineers. The company is based in Dallas, TX but will be recruiting with companies all over the U.S. However while engineering is the focus, this staffing service is not only focused on engineers. but other things in the manufacturing space like supply chain, procurement, contracts, program management, value stream management etc. Feel free to experiment with different colors. Would be nice to see blue in some of the logos. Would like the logo to have some design/style but not too complicated.
