Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new tutoring business. I will be tutoring Children aged 4-12 in both maths and English.
I would like to see bright colours and im thinking an owl with a graduation cap on it's head.
Because the name of the business is Lil' Academics Tutoring, I'm thinking to also use a little graduation cap in place of the apostrophe after the lil.
