Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my online and 1-2-1 coaching business. I provide a premium coaching service that helps clients improve there health, body composition and performance. I have a strength and conditioning background while continuing to up skill with online courses/workshops and currently undergoing an sports nutrition degree. I would like the design to only use black, red, white and maybe some light grey, I am going to use this logo for my google sheet documents, social media , emails etc and should represent a high standard of coaching with an individual and scientific approach to training and nutrition etc.
