Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company called U.S. Kinetic. We provide quality tactical equipment to military and law enforcement. This is an e-commerce business and we primarily market ourselves on social media. Our key products are backpacks, belts, and tactical flashlights. The gear we sell is not yet widely known about, but is on par with the state-of-the-art products in this field. We want the logo to convey the message of quality, durability, and reliability. Because "U.S." is in the name, we would like a subtle implication of patriotism without it being too over the top. We use the word "kinetic" because the customers in this field are very "action-oriented" and we would like that idea to be communicated in the logo as well. The primary demographic is men in their 20's-30's, so the logo should have a masculine feel to it. A few possible icons are a star, subtle stars and stripes, or a skull. Primary colors should be dark, but we are open to see minimal use of a brighter color to make it stand out. Attached are examples of logos being used by other companies in this field. The logo will eventually be used on clothing and other items, so we would like the logo to be kept simple. Everything mentioned here are suggestions. Please use your creativity to surprise us with something unique!
